Drumroll, please! 🥁 After procrastinating for approximately 17 years, I've finally set up my blog!
Behold, the grand tour of virtual home! 🎉
- Window management: Rectangle app
- Status bar: uebersicht with modded simple-bar widget
Now for the star attractions:
- Spotify pimped out with spicetify
- Chrome sporting a custom start page
- iTerm running tmux which in turn is flexing pipes.sh and neofetch
- VSCode using FiraCode and vscode-pets because who doesn't need a cute cat (or 3!) on their screen?
Wallpaper, 🖼️ the pièce de résistance - full-res version of themelbournemap (can't share soz).
Fun side note: I found the wallpaper on a news site, all chopped up into tons of tiny rectangles. Websites do this to speed things up, similar to how Google Maps only loads the area you're zoomed into, not the entire world. So, naturally, me and my mates ignored our final project and wrote a script that could find all the pieces and stick them together. Because that's what responsible students do, right? 😂
